Competition day requires precise planning. Together we’ll build a comprehensive strategy covering warm-up timing and attempt selection, so every lift is executed with confidence. Where handling is possible, I’ll be present to manage numbers, timing, and calls on the day. This ensures every detail is covered behind the scenes, allowing you to focus solely on lifting and perform at your best.
The Evo Education Library
